Terms of Service & Consulting Agreement

1. Engagement Overview
By accessing this website or engaging Muzammil Sher™ for security architecture, cloud hardening, Virtual CISO advisory, or SOC transformation services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All content, technical blueprints, architecture diagrams, code samples, and trademarks (including Muzammil Sher™) are the exclusive property of Muzammil Sher™. Downloadable resources (such as the 2026 Enterprise SIEM & Cloud Security Blueprint) are provided for client evaluation purposes only and may not be redistributed or white-labeled without express written consent.
3. Professional Advisory Scope
Consulting engagements are governed by formal Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Muzammil Sher™ and the client. Advisory recommendations are based on industry best practices (including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, DORA, and NCSC frameworks) at the time of delivery.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client security architectures, cloud configurations, vulnerability reports, and business operations. Formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed prior to deep architecture reviews.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Muzammil Sher™ be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of website content or preliminary advice prior to formal SOW execution.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with dispute resolution subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
